PI64067: CQ LICENSES NOT RELEASED AFTER CONFIGURED LICENSE TIME-OUT

Error description

On CQWeb environments with a CQWeb session time-out set to a
higher value than the license-time out, CQ licenses
corresponding to inactive session are only released after the
CQWeb session time-out occurs and not after the (earlier)
license time-out.
For example, if the licenses are set to time-out after 30
minutes and the CQWeb session is set to time-out after 90
minutes, if a user logs in to CQWeb and does not do anything
else, the license is only released after 90 minutes, instead of
the expected 30 minutes.

Problem conclusion

A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.1.12 and 9.0.0.2
Rational Common Licensing has been fixed so that inactive
ClearQuest Web sessions are now released correctly according the
the license time-out value as opposed to the higher web session
time-out value.
